Google Images link

I am going to the village (on Saturday), but just before I do, does anybody know what "http://images.google.com.tr/imgres?imgurl=http://www.icr.beniculturali.it/Images/Kosjug/kosjug-05.jpg&imgrefurl=http://peje-community-cultural-heritage.blogspot.com/&h=329&w=500&sz=38&hl=tr&start=12&um=1&tbnid=QNGcAUipByWQXM:&tbnh=86&tbnw=130&prev=/images" means?

At first, I thought it was the Google Images link (because every time I "visited" the images address, it sent me to my page on Peje/Pec in Kosova/Kosovo), but then I noticed that it also had the link to the Central Institute for Restoration/Instituto Centrale per il Restauro (ICR).

On the page about Bula Zade Mosque, I link to the ICR's image of the Bajrakli Mosque's interior (sending people to it, not freeloading off it), but I still don't understand it.

I guess it has something to do with the imgrefurl (image reference address), but I'm buggered if I know what that is. Answers on a postcard, please...
